Salmon for Congress

EAST VALLEY - Matt Salmon, former Congressman and candidate for Arizona's 5th congressional district, today received the endorsement from the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, a leading advocate for businesses in the East Valley. After an extensive endorsement process with the Chamber's Good Government Committee and a candidate forum, Salmon earned the endorsement over his Republican and Democrat opponents.

"It is a great honor to receive the support from the Chandler Chamber of Commerce," stated former Congressman Salmon. "Chandler is a major hub for economic development in the East Valley and I look forward to working with Chandler business leaders to promote policies that will foster growth. I have heard loud and clear from the business community in Chandler that we need to reduce regulation, end oppressive tax policies and repeal Obamacare. I intend to return to Congress and accomplish tasks so we can get our economy back on track across the East Valley and Arizona."

Earlier this morning, Salmon received the endorsement of the Small Business Alliance, another East Valley organization that advocates for pro-business and pro-growth policies. Salmon has now been endorsed by an assortment of Arizona business groups, including the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association, the Arizona Auto Dealers Association, the Associated General Contractors, the Arizona Farm Bureau and the Arizona Association of Realtors.
